When I look at him, I don’t get Hispanic at all. I get Middle East.

I’m not quite sure what it is. To me, Hispanic is more brown colouring, both hair and skin. Middle East is more black, with olive or greyish tones to the skin rather than brown.

That's a tough call. I live in an area in S.E. Michigan filled with all of them - Chaldeans, Lebanese, Syrians, Albanians and the rest of the Baltic countries. They all look alike.

But this guy definitely does not look Hispanic.

So what's the primary international culture up there in Washington?

At first I thought he could have been a jilted lover or something, but if that were the case the victim's family/friends should have id'd him by now.

I think the FBI has orders to try and sweep these things under the rug due to the election. The perp and his whole family could be on an FBI plane to Yemen or someplace by now for all we know.

Could easily be Arab. To the extent the don't cross breed with other races they are caucasian. If you expand the two newer pictures, he appears to be wearing Muslim style facial hair. Also he performed a typically Mudslime sacrament by going after women, especially women who were trying out makeup in public, a real, literally mortal sin, for women under Mudslime domination.

Who determined that the subject was Hispanic? Was it Francis? Did a witness hear him speak with an accent? What does a Hispanic look like? George Zimmerman?

The Hispanic label is BS unless they tell us why.

The peculiar thing about our designation of “Hispanic” is it typically applies primarily to South Americans of mixed race, usually fully caucasian Spaniard mixed with a very large amount of South American Amerindian. The result is a skin color that often approximates that of Arabs, but does not include the ability to grow large quantities of facial hair. The perp’s. combination of darkish complexion and facial hair point to mid-eastern descent.

Despite the quick early reports that the man appeared to be Hispanic, he doesn't look Hispanic to me. Very possibly Middle Eastern. The FBI is involved, and they haven't ruled out terrorism.
