Cruz is pure garbage. Didn’t endorse. Still leaves it to everyone “struggling with their conscience.” That comment is a dig at Trump.

Actually, I believe he did “encourage” others to vote for Trump. FBN just showed the complete statement; what is posted here is truncated.
I’m not too sure how one person saying s/he is voting for Trump (or anyone) is an endorsement unless said person asks all who support him/her to vote for that person as well. I just can’t stand Cruz.
