I’m not too sure how one person saying s/he is voting for Trump (or anyone) is an endorsement unless said person asks all who support him/her to vote for that person as well. I just can’t stand Cruz.
I do not like Cruz. It’s a personality thing with me. I just do not trust him.
That said, I certainly do understand why many do admire Cruz. He is one of the few in politics that is actually a constitutionalist.
His support can be helpful primarily out west. Lets see if he actually campaigns for Trump in Colorado and Utah.
What would really make a difference, is for Trump to apologize for getting carried away in the campaign directly to Cruz, and the two to make nice publicly. Perhaps at a campaign stop in Colorado for effect.
