Let her sit. He will stand and look to be in a position of power. Let her sit...and have to take an extended bathroom break, leaving Donald with the stage to himself. What could go wrong?
I agree. If Hillary insists on sitting, I assume both her and Donald Trump will be provided with stools on stage. If that's the case, when Trump is asked a question, he should stand up, maybe walk around a bit, answer the question, then sit back down. If Hillary remains seated throughout the debate, the contrast will be very noticeable, and Trump won't have to say a word about it during the debate. The people will know what they saw.

Totally agree. No matter how well he does in debate, the debates will be used to prop Clinton. Trump is better off without marbles in his path.

I haven’t heard anything about breaks. I’m pretty sure this has nothing to do with the TV networks. I believe the expectation is that it will be a commercial-free broadcast.
