Bring out the cattle trucks, detain this mob and strip them of communications, roadblock the roads that the trucks use, process the arrested in the most remote area of the county with a razorwire fence with National Guard perimeters strictly enforced. Set up a tent city for their convenience (at least provide the tents and lest them figure out how to set them up! No more cushy jail amenities..., just emulate Sheriff Joe's complexes...
