Charlotte police chief says he will not release police video of Keith Lamont Scott shooting to the public at this time.
A) There was no gun
B) It is believed a continuance of the riots helps the Democrats rally the black vote for Hillary, and helps her in the upcoming debate. Moderator Lester Holt who is black, will attempt to force Trump to condemn the rioters. Hillary/Holt will spin this as a condemnation of the black community who are upset about "racist white cops".
Focus on the riot during the debate devotes LESS airtime to 0DUNGA/HILLARY'S MISERABLE RECORD ON JOBS, FOREIGN POLICY ALONG WITH HER EMAIL CRIMES, FOUNDATION CRIMES, associates pleading the 5th, etc..

A new North Carolina law forbids public release of police videos except by Court Order
BUT, , , go into effect until October First.
So, it can be freely released until then. Is this the reason for the stall?

You're talking about the possibility of a city burning to the ground or more people being killed. THERE IS A COMPELLING NEED TO RELEASE THE VIDEO, BUT ONLY IF THERE WAS A GUN.
If there WAS a gun and they STILL choose not to release the video, THIS IS 100% POLITICAL AS THEY BELIEVE THIS HELPS HILLARY RALLY THE BLACK VOTE IN NC, and CHANGES THE DEBATE to focus on the riots and the black community rather than other topics Trump could EASILY attack Hillary on such as horrific foreign policy, jobs disaster, email crimes, foundation crimes, pleading the 5th, lies to Congress, etc.
They released multiple videos of the police shooting of Terence Crutcher in Tulsa, Oklahoma without this worry, and Betty Shelby is probably going to actually be arrested, unlike the North Carolina cop.

Wondering how Hitlery is going to play this one. Will she have any empathy for the female police officer, or will she throw her under the bus? I guess it depends on which will cost her more votes.

DOJ was very upset when Ferguson PD released video of Gentle Giant stealing the cigars about 15 minutes before he met his “unarmed” demise.
Release the video. Give transparency a chance. If the cops did right, fine. If they didn't, don't circle the wagons and drag this out.
