Obama is infinitely worse than Jimmy Carter. Carter was hopelessly naive in foreign policy; ridiculously sanctimonious in questions dealing with energy & human relations. But he did not hate America, as an ongoing purpose.

He did not sit in the pews of a church where the pastor "damned" America for 20 years; nor otherwise act like he shared such a profane message.

Moreover, while the inflation that sent the prime rate to over 20% happened on Carter's "watch," the causation went back to the preposterous way LBJ handled the Viet Nam War in the 1960s.

We have not yet seen the fallout coming from the era of Obama.

And the price for the Obama years, including FOMC interest rate increases will fall in the Trump years. Same as a lot of Slick Willies’ problems fell into the GWB years (Bin Laden, underfunding the military)
