I am still not ruling out a declaration of Martial Law
Osh!tforbrains and the beings who control him cannot let Trump undo all his “progress”
They are closer than ever before to achieving socialism in the USA and if it takes a step back now they may never recover (because many of them will be in jail)
Neither do I. To the Left, we are not opponents; we are enemies so loathsome than any means to defeat us are (to them) morally justified.
I hope Trump has bumped up his personal bodyguard.
I hate to be a `wet blanket’ about Obama & martial law, but googling those terms together might bring some calming relief. I’m in earnest here.
Would Bammie like to make himself dictator in chief? Of course he would, he’s been grousing about Constitutional limits on his powers ever since assuming office.
But can he? It’s not like the halls of government are swarming with Jeffersonians carrying pocket editions of the Federalist Papers, but government officials in general are very protective of their respective turfs, powers, & influence. No lockstep, no follow our Dear Leader, no way.
A proclamation of martial law from the White House would set off alarm bells in Congress, every branch of government and all the states, and chaos would ensue. “Not in my backyard you don’t, Mr. President!!” would echo from thousands of voices across the land.
I’m oversimplifying, but check it out. We’re far from a banana republic just yet. Then look into “can president confiscate guns”. Just isn’t going to happen, without a national gun registry. The two topics are different but not unrelated.
In my opinion, it’s not as bad as all that. Obama is no FDR and he’s mostly a failure at anything other than dividing this nation in the worst way since the late 1960’s.

They won’t go down easy. This one is for keeps. We MUST win!
I think if Obama can, he will (declare martial law). Fear of the consequences will be the only thing stopping him once it’s clear Trump is going to win. And I’m not sure about what the consequences would be, but he’d better be prepared to carry out a coup to do it.
