Well, I will say that I think he does a good job hosting Dateline (which is obviously not a political show), so when I heard they assigned him to do the news after Williams left, I thought he was a good choice. I assumed he was a Democrat (I assume most in the media are or liberal Republicans), but then again, I certainly don’t expect a conservative doing a nightly newscast or show at NBC.

He has never hosted a debate before. While I think he’ll have to be very tough on Trump to make up for Lauer, we’ll see if he’s equally as tough on Hillary.

I’m still frustrated at how the liberals and Hillary henchmen went after Matt Lauer.

Instead of discussing Hillary’s shortcomings, and Trump’s good performance at the commander in chief forum, the liberals instead attacked Matt Lauer for not bringing down Trump.

Is the job of a media moderator at a news event to “bring down” a certain candidate running in an election????

Rather than dealing with Hillary’s poor performance, they lashed out at the moderator.
