I don’t know I’m not a techie guy. I would never put myself in his position but if someone did what he did they should keep some kind of bargaining material..of course he apparently isn’t too bright, using his own handle and such on a public board asking questions about legally questionable actions...and forgetting for 2 years to delete the emails...maybe a higher power is helping lady justice out?

Temporarily. I'm sure there's a room full of NSA geeks tracking them down and deleting/sanitizing them as we speak. The-Powers-That-Be (hidden and visible players) have too much invested in Hillary to let a few "technical" problems bring them down. There are many, many BILLIONS of dollars at play in this election.
