No he hasn't. All he has done is suggest a moderator free debate, and assert that the debate system is rigged. Last night he said he thought Lester Holt could be fair, and he also said Wallace was tough but fair. He said Cooper and Radditz were not fair, but he would appear in that debate too, and "see what happens."
I don't recall Hillary saying anything about not appearing in a debate. At least Paul Begala, and I think the other surrogates as well, have said Hillary is looking forward to beating the pants off Trump in the debates.
LOL at recent tweets from Trump with poll resutls. The line with Hillary’s share is “crooked,” not horizontal, tilted down-to-the-right, going down.

Folks....the Trump rally last evening in Estero, Florida was massive. Right Side Broadcasting Network said that 42,000 people attended, both inside and outside the arena. There were actually more folks outside then inside, because the arena only held about 10,000 people!!!
Am urging good folks & Trump supporters to turn out this morning and this eveing in massive numbers in the great state of North Carolina, which Trump will carry by a substantial victory margin on election day, November 8th, 2016!!!
As an ex-New Yorker, “street kid”, I eagerly forward to Trump rallies in the state of New York, mainly Long Island, Staten Island, Upstate, etc. where I know hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers of all political stripes will turn out to eagerly to support Donald J. Trump!!!
