You ought to stop acting like you know every detail of this event. Because the all facts are not out yet. Only so much can be gleaned from that distant, elevated shaky video. Like the body-cams, interviews, other possibly dash cams, et al.

What was he a suspect of? Did he have a gun? Was there a gun in the car? Was there a bomb in the car? Maybe your neighbors could call you in for dealing drugs too.
