If Ron Paul doesn’t know that our treaty agreement with Israel is based on aid that we give to Muslim nations, then he needs to shut up until he’s educated.
You don’t want to give to Israel? Fine. The only way to do that is to shut down aid to the rest of the Middle East.
As far as I know, the only agreement that would pertain here is the Camp David accords, which involves only Israel and Egypt. The U.S. basically makes an annual payment to Israel and Egypt. In exchange, Israel agreed to give the Sinai Peninsula back to Egypt, and Egypt agreed to allow free passage through the Suez Canal (for all commerce, not just U.S. ships) in perpetuity.
