With the name of "Khan" he is, without doubt, Pakistani. That name is like "Smith" in Pakistan.
If he's a Pakistani, then he is NOT an Arab. They make SURE the world knows that since they look down on Arabs. But he IS Muslim. He probably got thrown out of his country a la bin Laden for being an a-hole.
