Muslims and other “Blacks” are not treated kindly in Ukraine. The absolute best case is tolerate ... barely. It goes down rapidly after that. I doubt any will go to Ukraine willingly.

I suggested NOT the transfer for them “to be treated” in any kind.

I suggested the Ukraine, specifically because it is late September going into October on the Russian steppes!!!
