I thought you could appeal any decision by a judge. Not a delay?

The judge ruled on a defense motion, something he is expected to do. If Trump loses and if his attorneys appeal then they might use the ruling as part of their grounds for the appeal but until then they have to suck it up and soldier on.

Trump is the most vocal, popular and powerful politician running against unfettered Mexican immigration.

The judge is a member of a pro-Mexican legal club, here is their mission statement:

“to promote the interests of the Latino communities throughout the state.”

This isn't even close, it's clear cut, and if Trump is not given a new, unbiased judge it is Yet Another sad indicator that the rule of law is dead in America and we are all subject to Stalinist justice.

Paul Ryan's disgusting cuckoldry was particularly apparent in his jumping, without the facts to decry Trump for racism. Ryan is dead to me.

There is a saying on the Alt-Right that Leftists seem intent on making come true: "You may not care about race, but race cares about you."

I don’t see why Trump’s lawyers haven’t asked for a mistrial, on the basis that the judge (maliciously?) released information to the public that he later admitted he shouldn’t have released. He just said, “My bad,” and put it back under seal.

And as to malicious intent, in his statement along with release of the information, the judge stated something to the effect of, “My integrity in not recusing myself has been brought into question...”

If this isn’t the first motion in the Nov 28 trial, I will not understand why not.
