Judge denies 5-week delay in Trump University trial

SAN DIEGO – A federal judge in San Diego has denied Donald Trump’s request for a five-week delay to a trial to determine whether the now-defunct Trump University defrauded customers.

U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel ruled Thursday that the trial will begin Nov. 28, as previously scheduled.

Ridiculous. The Mexican judge is obviously out to get Trump, and should be recused. He's a member of La Raza for Christ's sake. Any black defendant would have no problem getting a White judge recused who belonged to the League of the South, for instance.

The judge ruled on a defense motion, something he is expected to do. If Trump loses and if his attorneys appeal then they might use the ruling as part of their grounds for the appeal but until then they have to suck it up and soldier on.

Trump is the most vocal, popular and powerful politician running against unfettered Mexican immigration.

The judge is a member of a pro-Mexican legal club, here is their mission statement:

“to promote the interests of the Latino communities throughout the state.”

This isn't even close, it's clear cut, and if Trump is not given a new, unbiased judge it is Yet Another sad indicator that the rule of law is dead in America and we are all subject to Stalinist justice.
