The head of a Dallas police organization is suing a collection of Black Lives Matter figureheads and other prominent individuals for allegedly inciting racial violence against American police officers.
Dallas Police Department Sergeant Demetrick Pennie, President of the Dallas Fallen Officer Foundation, filed an amended federal complaint September 16 against more than a dozen defendant institutions and individuals to build a class action case on behalf of police officers and other law enforcement persons of all races and ethnicities including but not limited to Jews, Christians and Caucasians for inciting race riots and related violence.
The suit hopes to produce damages and an injunction placed against alleged threats of racially-motived violence going forward.
The defendants represent a whos who of public figures in both racial and general political matters. Apart from founding members and public faces related to Black Lives Matter, Louis Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam; Rev. Al Sharpton and the National Action Network; Malik Zulu Shabazz and the New Black Panthers; George Soros; President Barack Obama; former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder; and Democrat Nominee Hillary Clinton are all included in the suit.

Then charge him (them) with several counts of conspiracy to commit murder.
This is way over due.
There ought to be more.
Sue some of the foundations who contributed to the $100 million that have been donated to them too.
.............oh yes!
..........it’s called a “Motion to Sever” around here and something close to that around the country.
Probably before that one they will file a “Motion to Dismiss” the whole case. Soros can afford top lawyers and can be expected to file every motion in the book. Klayman will have his hand’s full with Soros. Everybody will be stabbing everybody in the back.
So, absolutely this will sew all kinds of seeds and no doubt at one point or another it could involve or bring in most of our corrupt government.
This is serious, serious stuff. A lot of people have died already...............I expect this case will trigger more.
My big concern is can our weak and corrupt judiciary handle this? If Trump wins, I believe he will leave this alone and let it run it’s course. Indeed, I believe he and Giuliani or Christi (next AG’s) will help ANY way they can.
