Typewriters have a rack that advances one tooth at a time. There is no "in between" steps. It either advances a full character space, or it doesn't advance at all.

There are dozens of other issues with the document, not the least of which is that the line spacing both vertically and horizontally does not line up as it should had it been printed on a typewriter.

So if Obama was telling the truth in your excerpt, the affect of 9/11 on him was to cause him to hate America and Christianity even more, and love Islam and Islamic terrorism even more.

Otoh, if he was lying, then his attitudes were unaffected. His foreigner’s-style hatred of the US was already at fever pitch, and seeing the destruction and pain of 9/11 didn’t mitigate that. His love of Islam and Islamic terrorism were already passionate, and did not expand as a result of 9/11.
