That business of one character intruding into another character's space? That can't be done on a typewriter. It requires a computer to do it.
Typewriters have a rack that advances one tooth at a time. There is no "in between" steps. It either advances a full character space, or it doesn't advance at all.
There are dozens of other issues with the document, not the least of which is that the line spacing both vertically and horizontally does not line up as it should had it been printed on a typewriter.
