Hawaiis new law requires current and future gun owners to register in the FBIs Rap Back system. The FBI calls it their Next Generation Identification Program, which is currently used to track the actions of people who are part of ongoing criminal investigations. If someone enrolled in the database has contact with law enforcement, an alert is issued through the FBI. Now the program will be used to track the actions of all law-abiding gun owners in Hawaiiand not just residents. SB 2954 requires law enforcement to request a Rap Back on anyone requesting a firearm license or registering a firearm. Translation: Hunters who intend to visit Hawaii to hunt will find themselves enrolled in an FBI database meant for criminals.

Hmmm. Constitution? We don't need no steenkin' constitution or that pesky bill of rights thingy either. What's in the Hawaii state constitution? Once again, if you want to keep guns out of the hands of criminals, the most obvious thing to do is disarm law abiding citizens right?

It will be a high priority for the chi-coms when they overrun the islands.

Isn’t this the Communist surveillance state that we were told we were fighting against in Vietnam, Korea, and the Cold War?
The people who call themselves “the State” in the United States are no different from the Commissars and Bolshevists we fought against for 50 years.

So, if individuals “...who are part of ongoing criminal investigations.” cease to be under investigation, are the records on them purged???

The data isn’t kept in Hawaii. It’s on an FBI server farm in the eastern US.

Hunters who intend to visit Hawaii to hunt To hunt... what?
I spent 3 years stationed there and the only thing I found to hunt was blondes and brunettes.

That is the usual “prey” in the coastal areas - but Hawaii does have feral pig problems further inland.

Hawaii has always been far left. I recall in the mid 70’s watching TV news there, they had a special on homos in women’s clothing taking care of flowers and highlighting their “fact” that they are normal. Back then I thought of it as disgusting, but unimportant.

We really ought to invade Hawaii and make them part of America....

With a Leftist Court this is probably how it will happen, state by state.Confiscation one state at a time will be difficult to resist. Real resistance will get Federal involvement and Federal armed forces one state at at time.

Population density is nearly the same thing as leftist density. All populated islands tend to be leftist due to there not being much land to spread out upon. As population density increases, property becomes more communal and more rules are required to make it work. It requires higher taxes, bigger government, less personal freedom. The below map indicates in red where the 'rat nests are.

No. Government records are never purged, even if they say they are. Try getting a wrongful arrest purged, or a traffic ticket(tag light out) that was entered as an arrest. You go through all the paperwork. You get a piece of paper that says it is purged. You apply for a job and the arrest comes back to your employer-to-be’s HR dept.
