Evidently, Donald Trump had a huge impact on Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto during his visit to Mexico City in August.
Mexican officialss are talking about building a great wall on its southern border with Central America.
The Daily Mail reported:
It seems Mexico agrees with Donald Trump’s plans to build a wall to keep out illegal immigrants – but only on its southern border with Central America.
Mexicans are calling for the border wall to keep out Guatemalans, Salvadorans and Hondurans fleeing violence in their own countries.
They complain ‘hordes’ of immigrants pass through on their way to the United States -who are then simply deported back to Mexico rather than their home countries by the US.
Central American migrants are left stuck in border cities with Mexican officials unable to afford to send them back to their own countries, according to an article by one of the largest newspapers in the border state of Tamaulipas, El Mañana, titled: ‘Yes to the Border Wall … but in Mexico’s South.’
The real estate mogul sparked international outrage last year when he unveiled his idea for a giant wall on the US border with Mexico – which he claimed Mexico would pay for.
But while Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto has mocked Trump’s plans, many Mexicans praised the concept of a border wall.
‘Trump’s idea of a border wall is a good one but it should be on the southern border with Central America in order to stop the flow of Central Americans from entering both countries,’ the El Mañana board wrote in July.

My point was that there are US defense contractors already paid by foreigners to provide the services Trump wants us to do.
And one way Trump could end a lot of the SJW crap is ending the federal contracting guidelines that give preference to companies that meet various liberal group metrics, like defense contractors getting preference for contract awards if they meet the Out and Equal Index.
Stop making companies have to socially engineer the workplace and hire SJWs / women’s studies / black studies people to administer them in HR, you both reduce this crap in the workplace and the few jobs that those ideologues can fill.
Best of all - it is something he can do at an administrative level without going through any legal changes, aka, pen and phone.
That will end much of the political funding that goes to these far left groups, too, since major companies won’t have to hire diversity consultants to keep their contracts.
And who is paying for the wall?
They do not want to end up with all the migrants from South America once our wall goes up.
This could be used as proof that Mexico:
1. Thinks Trump will win.
2. Thinks they better do some about the pass-through illegals from central America.
That will be a talking point for the next campaign for the Mexican presidency.

I work in the grocery business with ALOT of legal Hispanics in CA. and they are ALL on the Trump train LOTS of talk about the WALL they LOVE the WALL !!!! I think Hispanic support for Trump is much higher than ANYONE is telling us!!!!

Maybe we can get them to also build their northern border wall as well. Win/win and they still pay for it.
Border wall just directs them to the trains that travel non stop to our border.
How are they going to get the Guatemalans to pay for it?
One of the many reasons why I hate Mexico and it’s people.
From Yuma to Tucson there is nothing but wasteland desert and the Mexican border is far from Highway 8. It would take army size logistics to get the illegals and/or drugs across that immense desert that I personally drove through on my way to join the Minutemen. Eastern Arizona has small roads that lead to staging areas. That's where the Calif barrier would be a benefit.
Texas is more problematic with all their border towns. So, just build MORE Calif barriers.
One more time! We don't need a brick and/or concrete wall along the entire border! We only need the Cali fence in strategic places. I am so sick of nobody listening to the above point. GOOGLE: CALIFORNIA FENCE + DUNCAN HUNTER. The facts are there! THE DAMN THING WORKED! Sheesh, Donald, have your immigration policy advisors do their homework.
And for anyone who wants to question my bona fides, I've been on the leading edge of the illegal situation since I lived 3 miles from Mexico in the late 80's while they used my cul-de-sac to awake and frighten my children. Also Google, Fair.org and CIS.org They have all the stats The Donald should know.
