The Supreme Court needs to rule on this. If they can find a right to abortion which is not even hinted at in the Constitution, surely they can find a right to bear arms which is explicitly stated.

In the absence of Scalia, you think the SC will advance 2nd Amendment rights? For the leftists on the SC, of whom I place Kennedy, abortion rights trump everything and gun rights are to be gutted.
