A good friend of mine has RA and has had some major setbacks in life health wise, financial-wise and deaths in the family. She was beyond sad, with good reason, and her doctor gave her a B12 shot. It was life changing. She is now in a completely different state of mind, very positive, and looks forward to things that used to seem overwhelming and impossible.
It is a very hard thing to describe what it does. My earliest experience was years ago when pregnant with my four children. I was nauseous the whole 9 long months. I took some little white pills that they won’t prescribe now because they say they cause brain damage (none of my children have brain damage, Thank you Lord) and a B12 shot once a month. You are right, it changed me. Gave me energy & a different thought process.
