Not in this case. Obama made them sign a letter promising not to take more money from Congress.

I have become recently aware that much of the modern functions of government are to grease the nipples for modern government teat suckers. (Various industries who are positioned to do this.)

Now if the government is recklessly spending money on stuff, I would prefer it be defense related, but I would prefer the government didn't spend more than it took in, regardless of the stated purpose of the spending.
