If it’s true about a pneumonia outbreak in the HQ team, they probably have Legionnaire’s Disease from the AC.
You can’t catch Legionnaire’s from another person (i.e., it’s not “contagious”), but there are outbreaks from environmental sources.

That’s a lie put out too soon ... they should have thought about it longer - supposedly it turns out they all had a “virus”, not bacterial pneumonia - can’t keep their stories straight. They’re not the only ones .... Slick Willy said today while filling in for ILLary that what she has is the FLU. The senile old coot forgot what the lie of the day was supposed to be.

Then how do they explain several members of her staff having to see doctors for pneumonia? That was yesterday's story. Today's story is either non contagious pneumonia, or flu. Depends on which one sticks.
