All my life, it’s been called the Democrat Party. Now, even Wikipedia refers to it as Democratic. Democratic is a method, not a party. I noticed this change about a year ago, and everyone in the media has been calling this party the Democratic Party and the members thereof Democratic, rather than Democrat or Democrats. Why?

What galls me even worse is the way the media has taken to calling veterans “vet-trins” for months now. Monkey hear, monkey do - they all are. Don’t know why.

Because they are ignorant. I’ve been using “Democratic” every time, all the time for quite a while. Sounds so stupid sometimes, but hey they want to be Democratics, so be it. Many of them already identify as some very fanciful things anyway.
