What if you have 50 or 100 Guns and one goes missing? Is one supposed to do a count each night before they go to bed? Patently Unconstitutional.
A guy I know who works as an FFL and buys collections said there was an estate he bought in which the guy, a WW2 vet, had 900 Guns scattered throughout the house. So if one goes missing does that make him a criminal?
Posting this to all because it is an important question and IMO is at the heart of what makes this Unconstitutional.
The only criminals are the politicians passing these laws.
“Landrieu said the hope is that it will change the culture of violence in New Orleans and move it into a culture of peace.”
Holy crap man! That is Industrial Strength Stupid!
“Carrying within 5000’ of children “
Dumb law, if it has that in there.
“And if I owned a gun, I would want to keep track of it more often than a few months.”
...every 48 hours?
Why not?
...I guess I can set an alarm clock to comply with the law, but if I don’t go that far, I will DEFINITELY forget to check.
Anyway, enough of your trolling, I’m done here.
I’m not trolling dear sir. I have just as much right to express my opinion on this sight as do you. I’ve been a member of Freerepublic since 1998 and do not troll. I express my opinions.
It was actually a typo.
It’s supposed to read 5000 MILES of children .
