I am not sure that Kaine's lies are working. But, if so, I think the best way to counter him, would go something like this:

Trump has never supported the Klan; never chummed around with them. But unlike Mrs. Clinton, he has stood up for the rights of poor inner city Black Americans, being victimized by the pro Clinton Black Lives Matter, those trying to start a race war with the Police--and directly interfering with the neighborhood getting much needed Police protection. While the Democrats lie about Trump, people are getting murdered, robbed and raped.
