Thanks. I do appreciate the instruction on that process works. That was an interesting post to me.
Now that she seems to accept the guilt publicly, it seems her ability to object to a decision would be compromised.

If someone is serving papers to the SS for Clinton, or through an intermediary and they aren’t delivering it I think that may be a crime.

I doubt the SS is authorized to take these types of things on behalf of a person.
It would seem here attorneys, or people who live with her would be a safe bet.
