I think it's something else.

I think she has lived such an empty life with nothing of value to show for it, and having her name in the history books is the only thing that would motivate her anymore ... even if she keels over and dies before Inauguration Day.

You must be kidding us...the Hildabeast considers NO ONE except her own self. She would sell her soul to Satan, if she hasn't already, to become the Prez. If she has the disease, she should tell the truth about it, then deal with it outside of politics. That means drop out of the campaign.
Will she do this? Not only no but HELL NO.

It occurs to me that the powers that be might think they can still get her into office through fraud. Day one, she dies. Kaine becomes president, and appoints the guy they really want as his VP. Kaine dies. Presto, and voila.
