The question is why weren’t there any press cameras following Hillary? Rhetorical question? Because from what I understand, the press pool was told to stay away from Hillary at that point.

The reporting on Sunday was that they weren't told that she left for 30 minutes, and then they were held in place.

Good question but I think we all know why. It would not surprise me to see Illary attempt to restrict all cameras at her remaining appearances- that way it would give the campaign an opportunity to confiscate any videos taken that show her condition.
