The last SS dude coming in from the right looks kinda like Paul Ryan. Wouldn’t put it past him to help cover out the camera angle of the cripple getting hauled into the van.

The article is worth reading in full. The SS folks tend to cluster around the candidate when in a vulnerable to protect her. The shielding from view is mainly a necessary side effect.
