The way the pneumonia story evolved reminded me of the way the movie that caused the Benghazi attacks evolved.

All of the sudden it seemed to be fashionable that -illery’s Sunday morning collapse was the result of pneumonia — that was discovered Friday. That yarn was bad enough, but it mushroomed.

By yesterday, many of her staff had also had bouts with pneumonia that no one seemed to realize until — yesterday. The bouts were so commonplace that even Senator Schumer made known that he, too, was recovering from a round of pneumonia. Ironically, out of all of them, only one staffer apparently was ill enough to go to the hospital. Why, -illery was so un-ill that instead of heading to the hospital, she went over to Chelsea’s for a visit and played with the grandkids.

As the laughter in newsrooms and internet forums roared at that level of deception — this is a Clinton, after all — Team Clinton must have noticed that the pneumonia story didn’t seem to hold much credibility.

BJ to the rescue: BJ makes a statement that -illery has passed out before. No, not from booze! From dehydration. A lack of water. Then, supporting stories evolved from her staffers that -illery didn’t like water. She refused to drink water. [Maybe they should have tried adding a few ‘fingers’ of gin or vodka or whatever her favorite is, then].

Yep, dehydration. That was the new culprit.

As I posted in one of the related threads, with Team Clinton, I quote one of their ole departed standard bearers, Senator Ted Kennedy: “It is lie after lie after lie after lie.”
