I highly doubt it.
When a video goes viral like that one has, edited versions pop up like mushrooms around it. People simply use the simple tools available these days to zero in on details, freeze the action, change the contrast, brightness, crop out visual 'noise', etc.
There's nothing nefarious afoot with that video. Someone simply mirrored it and zoomed in on the action. Lots of times, mirroring is done to keep internet censors from deleting a video.
But if the same individual who copied it into a mirror image was the same person who put it up on Drudge, they went out of their way to add font saying it was a, "Closeup from a different angle". I'm just sayin. Who knows.
