Will America have to suffer an even more catastrophic attack: nuclear, chemical or biological before we finally batten down the hatches, pull out all the stops and do whatever it takes to truly keep this nation safe?
We know ISIS and the other radical Islamic crazies constantly attempt to insert operatives into America.
In spite of this, our president wants to allow thousands of refugees into America, which we have already been told by ISIS will contain terrorists, and he even refuses to properly identify our blood enemy.

Islam is a “religion of peace”? That lesson?
No.
Until we recognize that Islam is evil and a threat to all of us, we will not take the measures necessary to secure our nation.
Well, since 9/11/01 we’ve lost the majority of our liberties, Federal bureaucracy (along with debt) has ballooned, the southern borders are as wide open as they were during the Louisiana Purchase (only slightly exaggerating), and we still elect a known America-hater who is probably not even eligible to be POTUS and bent on destroying our culture, our economy, our national identity, and our Constitution.
All enthusiastically aided and abetted by the Congress, big media, and big business.
Nope, doesn’t look like we learned our lesson, Charlie.
To put an analogy to your question, Charley:
Can you cure the body of cancer by shooting it in the foot?
No. We have not.
We are more worried that we might offend our enemies or transgress against (un)Holy Diviersity than we are about destroying our enemies and defending our nation.
Putting a muzzie in the WH and allowing thousands of muzzie refugees into the country. That lesson.
