No, I’ve been over and over this. Bush v. Gore changed all this with the notion that you cannot change elections once they start.

Carnahan was ELECTED dead, then replaced.

There is no precedent whatsoever for pulling a presidential candidate AFTER voting has started. The lawsuits would tie up the election for a century and the fallback position will immediately be Bush v. Gore, you can’t selectively revote.

And who exactly would be the aggrieved party filing the lawsuits? Trump? He will likely win the election.

They can make all the changes they want and deal with the lawsuits after the election. The loser can always sue for any reason.
