Monday on NPRs Morning Edition, ABC political commentator Cokie Roberts offered her thoughts on the apparent health issues regarding Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and the how the party could be looking to handle things if a replacement is needed for Clinton.
According to Roberts, there was already conversation within the party about such a possibility.
The fact that it comes now when the polls are tightening and Democrats are already saying that Hillary was the only candidate who could not beat Trump and it is taking her off of the campaign trail, canceling her trip to California it has them very nervously beginning to whisper about having her step aside and finding another candidate.
When asked if that really could happen, Roberts called it unlikely to be a real thing, but floated the name of Vice President Joe Biden as a possible replacement.

You mean this guy? LOL
You’re joking, right??
The only way she is dropping out is if she is dead or in a coma. And I'm not really certain of the latter.
People who have already voted for her cannot vote again for whoever, she is locked in.
I think some of this sickness gets the debate off of how big a crook she is.
and the new candidates name? barry soetoro
I don’t see why anyone thinks Biden has any chance at POTUS short of O expiring ASAP.
Who knew that Cookie Roberts was a member of the VAST RIGHT WING CONSPIRACY?
Anybody find it ironic that Hellary had her stumbly incident on the 4th anniversary of Benghazi? Karma bites HARD sometimes.
Keep EvHillary alive till NOVEMBER !
She is the best ennemy to BEAT
Drip
Drip
Drip
and so it begins.
If they are going to change candidates (and it may be too late) they better move quickly.
My suggestion to Trump, run against Obama and his policies and then tar who ever they put in Hillary’s place as a Obama II
Or, give the DNC and the Crony-Statist Class the ultimate "Bird" and vote for more jobs here by pulling the lever for Trump.
Luv too see that happen....
BERNIE unwittingly (or forcibly) announced he was leaving the DEMOCRAT PARTY at the DNC Convention. He is no longer in contention.
Cokie’s take noted. But what does Mika think today? Is she busy eating crow?
And I am curious today, will ask this until I get the answer:
When she left Chelsea’s place, where was Hillary going?
(Must have been important...what else was on the schedule? why not just stay put for the rest of the day?)
Please, Democrats, keep the “replace Hillary” mantra alive.
This will get her mad and and further off balance (as if that is now possible).
Stoke confusion and dispair!
I wonder if his departure from the RAT party was a condition of the summer home payoff?
Hillary has to do fundraisers to keep the megabucks rolling into feed the media. She’s dumped millions into advertising that Trump hasn’t. He doesn’t have to.
At some point the big donors/suckers that have been bankrolling her will be no-shows at the fundraisers. The Clintons can’t bankroll the campaign. At that point even Hillary will know it’s over.
With the recent video showing her being drug into the van, the jigs up. Anyone who believes she has pneumonia and not something more serious and still is giving her money is divorced from reality.
I say Biden because I think 1)he has been prepping and has been the backup the whole time 2)Obama machine would be fully behind him as opposed to Hillary 3)Dems would in gov’t would be behind today. Warren is a possibility because of the female vs Trump mantra.
I truly think if you look at that video from yesterday and the things we saw all week from Hillary, there is no way for her to continue, hiding or not. Trump will gain this week and she will be further in the tank. Hiding is not an option now. Besides that, I just think her condition is beyond help now.
