If you take a couple of minutes to scan this article, it appears that Wilson may have had little strokes basically all of his life. He apparently had a major one long before he became president.
Hiding serious health problems in presidential candidates and presidents has been SOP in the history of our nation.
Weeding out the mentally and physically disabled with our long primary and election season has been good for America.
