I do not see how she could be removed against her will. She would have to withdraw her name.

The hundred or so million dollars raised by the campaign would have to be refunded or go to the DNC, other political causes, or the Biden campaign.

The Clintons could not walk away with that money for their own personal use.

Any that isn't spent becomes the candidates (I think) If it was donated to her campaign directly I fail to see how the DNC would have a claim other than as a courtesy. Money raised for the party would be a different deal.

PIAPS could legally do three things with that money

1. Donate to Charities or political parties (The Clinton Foundation anyone?)

2 Donate $2000 to another candidate

3. Save the money for another campaign.

The DNC could not force PIAPS to give them anything. She could donate it to the Clinton Foundation and give Chelsea a big year end bonus
