In regards to Clinton, at this point it doesn’t matter who much cash Soros has. Clinton’s campaign is over, regardless if they admit it or not.
No not just pneumonia but it may be the final straw. A semi invalid cannot withstand the rigors of a presidential campaign. Hillary Clinton is obviously very sick with one or more afflictions.

Who’s their best hope? IMO, Obama regardless of the Constitution which they ignore anyway. Looks like a log shot, but Obama has gotten away with a lot of unforeseen violations of the Constitution these last seven years and he and the Left are used to passivity of the Right.
It would be a long shot, but the DNC is desperate and Obama may seem like their best shot. Bernie or Biden would be sure losers. They might see Obama as their only winner right now. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Trump vs. Obama. I’d love to see that and see someone (Trump) finally take that arrogant, criminal dictator down.
I don’t know if she will allow them to replace her. She is so ambitious that she wants to be president so bad that she will stay in the race if she is on her death bed at election time.
It could easily be pneumonia, which can be a secondary condition to many other illnesses. My brother-in-law died in May of pneumonia, but he had stage four prostate cancer to the bone. How many times have you heard, “well she didn’t die of ——— she had pneumonia.”

The 25th Amendment to the Constitution describes a possible scenario like the following:

The Amendment prescribes a complicated ceremony to decide the matter.
The question that may come up shortly is, what happens if an exchange such as that above occurs before the election? Unless the parties have already set up some process to deal with this, then as long as the candidate is still breathing and speaking (at least most of the time), it's difficult to see how the candidate could be forced out.

The DNC has gone to Red Alert. Can it replace her if she does not withdraw or die? That would void all of the Democratic primaries and caucuses, unless the DNC chose Bernie to be the new candidate.
