Hillary’s hand on her heart like that and her aide(nurse?) hands above and below, holding closely Hillary’s other hand make it look like they are both trying to keep some sort of tremors out of view. Yeah, there was a thread earlier this week about how she's been trained to press her hand over her heart to suppress visible tremors.
