Could be being that the Clinton co-Presidency was partly responsible for 911 happening. 8 years while the USA, it’s overseas installations, navy, were attacked over and over and over and over and over and over and these 2 grifters did absolutely nothing but line their pockets the entire time, in between Bills favorite hobby of playing with cigars and interns. Obvious Ol’ Hillary and Bill knew the risk to her health further if she ran....and equally obvious her campaign ‘planned’ many excuses and escapes from how she would handle her run WITH her health issues in mind. That from the get go.
We also knew the sympathy vote card would also be played.....question is will they delay the election? If she cannot go o who then will step to the plate.....? There’s several options they can play.....

That said, if PIAPS croaks before the election, there may be the sympathy vote for Kaine. Then again, there may be a repeat of the Wellstone funerally. Then again Obama could deem Kaine to be the winner, who needs a Constitution anyway.
