WOW!! This is compelling first hand evidence against the Witch, evidence that is as compelling as the first hand evidence given by the SwiftVets against Kerry. Best of all, Fox News published it. We can always hope that Fox may be beginning to see the light about this election.

Wow....damning....

From the article....

There are no punitive measures for breaching these two laws. Mrs. Clinton will not have to appear before judge and jury to account for her failures. Is this why she felt these laws could be ignored? Because she is now the Democratic presidential candidate, only the American electorate will have the opportunity to hold her accountable.

Candidate Clinton and her campaign point to her record as secretary of state as a positive qualification for the presidency.

However, the record shows that Secretary Clinton persuaded the president to overthrow Qaddafi and advocated maintaining a diplomatic presence in Benghazi after the Libyan revolution. And then she abandoned her diplomats by ignoring her security obligations. She sent Ambassador Stevens to Benghazi during the 2011 revolution and then induced him to return in the first few months of his tenure, which accounted for his September visit there. Despite the fact that Sidney Blumenthal had alerted her to the increasing danger for Americans in Benghazi and Libya, Mrs. Clinton apparently never asked security professionals for an updated briefing on the situation in Libya. Either she could not correlate the increased tempo of attacks in Libya with the safety of our diplomats, demonstrating fatal incompetence, or she was grossly negligent.

If Mrs. Clinton was unable to fulfill her security obligations to the federal employees she was legally obligated to protect as secretary of state, how can we trust her with the security of our entire country? I won’t.

I don’t think any of us doubts Hillary’s fitness as a leader.

Will this make a mark on the voters who might vote for her anyway because they think Trump is mean? Time will tell.

Obama and Hillary Blame Youtube Video for Benghazi Terrorist Attack as Coffins Arrive

“This has been a difficult week for the State Department and for our country. We’ve seen the heavy assault on our post in Benghazi that took the lives of those brave men. We’ve seen rage and violence directed at American embassies over an awful Internet video that we had nothing do to with.”

The most unsettling read I’ve had in awhile. This man put country before himself by writing this piece. As someone with first hand knowledge, he stuck a fork in the mantra of the left, “Hillary is THE most qualified for the office of President”.
I hope he has good security.

Hillary Clinton is a coward.

Her performance as Secretary of State during the attack at Benghazi proved that she is a coward.

And her cowardice resulted in untold misery.

I admire Margaret Thatcher for her courage.

I loathe Hillary Clinton for her cowardice.

You might want to check the “Benghazi Brief” of Sundance over at Conservative Tree House...it’s loaded with all kinds of goodies and I don’t know how to post a link on Free Republic...but he has it up again today.
We were running a gun running operation out of Benghazi to Isis and other anti Assad folks in Syria and selling them Quadaffi’s guns...Operation “footprint zero” well that footprint needs to be targeted to Clinton’s copious rear end so that she is made responsible for the deaths of four Americans at that compound.

That Hillary would use the likes of Sydney Blumenthal as her advisor shows her unfitness for being POTUS

REALITY CHECK Blumenthal was engaged in a massive conflict of interest since he was simultaneously being paid by (a) The Clinton Foundation, (b) Hillary's 2016 organizers, and, (3) businessmen w/ interests in Libya.

If Clinton knew, her actions in circulating memos precipitated by Blumenthal was egregious. If she did not know, her recklessness is subject to US laws.

Keep in mind that---to its donors and to the world beyond---all they knew was that the Clinton Foundation hired Sid Blumenthal to..... (wait for it)..... "promote Bill's presidential legacy." That's what Sid was supposed to be doing for his $325,000 foundation salary.

Now if the Clinton Foundation Board of Trustees signed off on the Blumenthal hire without being appraised of the full scope of his duties....that would violate state laws and place the trustees in legal jeopardy.

==============================================

REFERENCES The implications of this Blumenthal revelation are huge, as the Washington Free Beacon points out:

<><> Among the newly revealed (Benghazi) e-mails were a pair of messages from July 2011 in which Blumenthal described efforts to secure Libyan government contracts for Osprey Global Solutions, a company in which Blumenthal has admitted to having a financial interest.

<><>Blumenthal warned Clinton that French companies were looking to scoop up security contracts from the Transitional National Council, the revolutionary government of the Libyan resistance, and plugged Osprey’s ability to be an American counterweight.

<><> “It puts Americans in a central role without being direct battle combatants,” Blumenthal wrote of Osprey’s TNC contract. He described his efforts in “putting this arrangement together through a series of connections, linking the Libyans to Osprey and keeping it moving.”

<><> Clinton forwarded that message to Jake Sullivan, her deputy chief of staff, and asked to discuss it later.

Comey - drawing strange powers from somewhere, out of the air - has exonerated her.

He, and his bitch in the Justice Department, say there is nothing more to this incident.

And our goddamned Congress seems to agree and will certainly will do nothing.

Save yourself some grief.
