Indeed, she was OBVIOUSLY medicated. She normally has bugged out eyes. Her lids were as droopy as a heroin addict’s eyes after a shot.
Also, her speaking was OBVIOUSLY copied from something being fed into her ear. She would speak VERY FLUENT, WELL COMPOSED short PHRASES but pauses after, and she would make the “ending sound” after a phrase and then be forced to add another phrase of the sentence after she had made the ending sound.
What a joke that our media never dared mention the earpiece and that the next day she began to cover her ears with her hair.
Agree...it is OBVIOUS after watching that video that she was repeating lines being fed to her and is too tired/ill to do it well.
In addition to the signs of her being fed lines that you mentioned, there were entire sections of that press conference where she was looking down...as we all do when we are concentrating on listening intently to someone on the phone (for example).
