As Hillary Clinton pulled up on an airport tarmac to address the media, all eyes were on her black van — and the two Secret Service agents preparing to open its doors.
Clinton’s mystery handler exited the passenger seat of the van and went around the front to the other side.
Several moments later, Clinton appeared from the other side of the van around the rear, with her handler following closely behind.
Also while behind the van ( make the audio loud) toward the end they are wondering if she can ‘Walk to Andrea’.
I’m pretty sure the instruction you heard was to someone blocking the camera view. They were instructed to get behind him so he could get the camera shot. After all, the voices were near the camera, not coming from the van.
This entire thread and video are nonsense, by the way, and I’m no Hillary fan. But stupid is stupid. There’s plenty of grist for the mill without making stuff up.

He’s dosing/medicating her with a fast acting but temporary drug that mitigates the symptoms we saw the other day. It’s why she limits her speeches to 20 minutes and why she could only give 30 minutes. I’ll bet after 45 minutes to an hour it wears off.
Her photographer was there. You see her emerge to the left.
I would love for that to be true but I think what you heard (and i listened too) was a cameraman or reporter telling someone to get out of the way or move behind them so they could get "the shot"....the shot of Clinton coming out of the van or the shot of the van...the camera shot.
The words, “Just for the shot,” may refer to some kind of drug injection, but that’s not it. It is in reference to the video being shot of their emergence from the van. For some reason, there was a need to have an order of who filed out from the van. Why that is important is my question.
I was being ironic. My comment was meant to convey the attitude of Hillary's staffers, and the MSM who declines to challenge them as they would any Republican.

I wonder if a telephoto lens has become more dangerous to the Crooked Campaign than other, more putatively "dangerous hardware"...
but folks, its not her health...its her EVILNESS and her CRIMINALITY that must defeat her....
Later, the same woman is talking as Hillary emerges. A person again is told to get down, so as to not block the "shot" of this reporter or camera team.
There is nothing odd here. Lets not blow things out of proportion.
More likely to be pain-killers, if you ask me.
I saw her do a live interview in Germany back in 2012. Even then, she looked like she was drugged in some way.
