Some of us remember what it was like during Watergate.

For months on end we would hear "Watergate" in the news without even really understanding what was going on. The stories would typically appear on page six or seven, not on the front page.

Then at some point (perhaps a different point for each of us) we would realize that something very serious was going on. Only then would we start searching for Watergate articles in order to catch up on who the players were and what was known about what happened.

The tone of Hillary's email investigation is taking on the same character as Watergate.

In Watergate, the judge who sentenced the burglars could tell there was a hidden conspiracy and he passed severe sentences in order to help break through it.

In emailgate we are just one judge's decision away from making the breakthrough. Over sixty people were convicted in Watergate. We are only getting started here.

Hillary gives an order to delete emails - Dec. 2014, and that's ok ?

There is still a piece missing.
There's no mention as to “why” Combetta deleted the e-mail, knowing about the preservation request.
That answer should be covered under his immunity deal.

Fallon is too quick to say “...thoroughly examined by the F.B.I. prior to its decision to close out this case.”

This carcass is starting to emit an entirely different stink.

“Department of Justice Obstruction.” — “DJO”

Obama instructing DJO to provide all cover possible for the Clinton Criminal. All GOP in the House and Senate should be screaming bloody murder over all this cover up. Yet, what do we hear? Mostly crickets.

I wonder about the ones she asked to remove the security headers from. Notice how she always parses her wording that none of the ones that were sent to her had the “headings”.

Well, it doesn’t matter.

1st, it would be illegal to remove the heading and those people who did her bidding would be subject to prosecution.

2nd, removing the heading doe not ake them unclassified, it just takes off the heading. The material remains classified.

Hillary dealt with highly classified material all the time on an unsecured server, and did it over open devices of all types...and did it right within the nations of soe of our most ardent adversaries.

They have everything she left open like that.

She is a liar, she is a treacherous severe security liability to this nation, her security issues I am almost sure helped lead to the deaths of those in Benghazi because the information about Ambassador’s Stevens itinerary was in her emails...and she should be in prison.

Really, what was the point of granting him immunity? Nothing came of it. The same with Pagliano. And, what was the point of grabbing Guccifer out of a Romanian jail to bring him here only to give him essentially the same sentence? Can there be any other conclusion to draw other than they were silencing the people who had direct knowledge of crimes or could sink Clinton politically?

So Nixon could have survived Watergate by ....

1. Deleting (burning) the evidence; and

2. Never appoint a special prosecutor but instead use DOJ to offer immunity to the underlings so they stay loyal.

About sum it up?

“As the F.B.I.’s report notes,” Mr. Fallon said, “neither Hillary Clinton nor her attorneys had knowledge of the Platte River Network employee’s actions. It appears he acted on his own and against guidance given by both Clinton’s and Platte River’s attorneys to retain all data in compliance with a congressional preservation request.”

Why give someone immunity if he is the one who committed the crime? Will the Justice Department get any of this straightened out BEFORE the election???

Now the DOJ controls the truth with this move. This is how the control what gets out to the public. The witness is now in danger.

How many people were granted immunity? This is interesting.

And who paid for his legal defense?

“Last year investigative reporter Todd Shepherd reported on an invoice suggesting Combetta’s legal expenses were defrayed by the Clintons as late as September 2015.”

How the FBI Went Easy on Hillary Clinton
Published September 9, 2016

By Paul Sperry, The New York Post

It’s clear now the FBI conducted a sweetheart investigation into Hillary Clinton’s e-mail shenanigans that appears to have been fixed from the start to go nowhere.

Far from exonerating Clinton, the nearly 60 pages of documents expose both the systematic destruction of subpoenaed evidence by Clinton’s aides and the curious lack of interest by investigators in recovering it.

Agents also failed to resolve unanswered questions, reconcile contradictory testimony or sweat uncooperative witnesses.

Comey declared the investigation free of undue influence three days after his agents interviewed Clinton at FBI headquarters under special terms. Agents weren’t allowed to Mirandize Clinton or place her under oath, even though she was the subject of a criminal investigation possibly involving espionage. They weren’t even allowed to record her answers.

What’s more, Comey made the two FBI agents who interviewed Clinton — along with all agents and forensic analysts involved in the so-called investigation — sign non-disclosure agreements gagging them from talking about the case even with other employees.

Comey even let Clinton’s State Department aides Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson sit in on the interview with Clinton’s other lawyers, despite the glaring conflict of interest. FBI documents make clear Mills and Samuelson led the effort to search and destroy Clinton’s subpoenaed e-mails and should’ve been prime targets of the investigation.

Comey didn’t even attend her interview and, per his testimony, only read a “summary” of it.

The FBI failed to pursue even the most basic lines of questioning. When Clinton pleaded ignorance about basic classification symbols, agents could’ve produced the State documents she signed acknowledging she was briefed about how to ID and handle classified information at the highest levels.

He changed his story! In February, this Platte River Networks guy, Paul Combetta, tried the old Clintonian "I don't recall" tactic. Quote from the article ... "he did not recall deleting the emails."

Then suddenly in May he miraculously got his memory back, and told this new tale:
Way back in December 2014 he had been ordered to do a routine deletion of Hillary's emails (see, this was before Congress had ordered preservation of the emails). But he "FORGOT."

So oopsie, all on his own (or so goes the new tale he told in May), this Paul Combetta goes to catch up on this forgotten job. Not only does he perform the "routine" deletions, but just to be a good boy, he uses BLEACH-BIT on these emails.

Just a coincidence, you see, that he performed this "forgotten" task after he learned of the preservation order.

The spineless Stupid Party reps (all bark, no bite Gowdy), Mitch, Ryan and the rest will do nothing about this. Our Republic is being destroyed right before our eyes. They wouldn’t touch the lawless POS President because of his race. They won’t touch Clinton because of the dirt she and the Obama adm. have on them. That’s it in a nut shell folks.

Do you have a supply of fresh drinking water? Food supply? A way to heat your hose? Weapons and ammo to defend you and your loved ones?

Subpoena the little shit and let the questions destroy him and his credibility as a “dedicated public servant”.

After the 50th taking the “Fifth Amendment” position (againt self-incrimination), the public might get the hint that everyone around the Clintons are corrupt, unethical, un-American, and deserve jail time.

The transcript of his congressional appearance would/should be made required reading in every civics class and Law School across the country, along with the non-testimonies of Lois Lerner, Kosekin (sp) and Hillary, with the book title of “Perjury Attaches”.
