Fact check: Not if your name was Hillary Clinton. A veteran took the opportunity at last night’s “Commander-in-Chief Forum” on MSNBC to put Hillary’s e-mail scandal and serial mishandling of classified information in its proper perspective. The veteran, who served in both the Air Force and Navy and held clearances at the highest levels, told Hillary she’s lucky she’s on stage and not on trial:
An Air Force and Navy veteran, who said he held “the top secret sensitive compartmentalized information clearance,” challenged Clinton’s actions as secretary of state live on MSNBC’s commander-in-chief forum.
“Had I communicated this information not following prescribed protocols, I would have been prosecuted and imprisoned,” said the veteran, identified by MSNBC as a Republican. “Secretary Clinton, how can you expect those such as myself who were and are trusted with America’s most sensitive information to have any confidence in your leadership as president when you clearly corrupted our national security?”
Hillary’s response was, well … not terribly responsive:
“Well I appreciate your concern and also your experience, but let me try to make the distinctions that I think are important for me to answer your question,” Clinton responded. “First, as I said to Matt, you know and I know, classified material is designated. … And what we have here is the use of an unclassified system by hundreds of people in our government to send information that was not marked, there were no headers, there was no statement top secret, secret, or confidential.”
Those are at best half-truths, and at points flat-out lies.

She didn’t really get into how she thought the “C” was alphabetizing of the paragraphs and how she didn’t think to wonder where “A” and “B” went....WEIRD!

And did you hear Hillary said, that she sent and received classified information on a completely separate system? Has this ever been reported before??? To me, this is a major revelation from last night.
Which begs all kinds of other questions about how she handled classified information. Did she have multiple systems? Was that other system used secure? Did she have state dept approval for use of that other system, etc. etc.
I wonder if those questions will be asked by anyone though.

She didn’t handle classified information. She MIS-handled classified information!
According to the FBI 110 emails containing classified information, secret or above, were processed by this unsecured system. (I should say “at least 110”, since she took extreme efforts to destroy any record of transmitted emails.)
Classified information was marked with (C).
EVEN IF THE INFORMATION HAS NOT YET BEEN MARKED, IT IS THE GOVERNMENT HANDLER’s RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW WHAT THE CLASSIFICATION RATING OF THE INFORMATION IS AND HANDLE IT ACCORDINGLY.
As Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is that GOVERNMENT HANDLER.
This entire debate was to try to focus on Trump’s shortcomings. That is why Illary had a joke of a conference this morning and the libs are pissed at Lauer... Trump did not quite give them the answers they wanted to hear last night.
And the real question: WHY!
Reasonable answer: she wanted to run the State Dept like a brothel selling “favors” for money and laundering said money through the Clinton Foundation.
IF there were any justice, baby killers would be arrested tried and sentenced to death. And should those who conspire to enable baby killing. That includes half the Democrat Party or more. The death of more than 50 million innocent babies demands justice!

It is a major revelation. If she actually used a classified system to send/receive information, it means she had SIPRNET and JWICS accounts. SIPRNET is the secure intranet used to transmit info up to/including SECRET and JWICS handles material up to/including TS/SCI.
With access to those systems, you get an e-mail account. So, if Hillary had acess to SIPRNET and JWICS, why use the home brew, unclass server to send classified material, up to TS/SI-GAMMA? Sadly, we know the answer to that one.
And the MSM is apparently “finished” with the e-mail issue. Not a single question at her presser on the tarmac this morning.

Bingo! She was doing things that were at best ILLEGAL and wanted no public record of them.
It’s not only the abortion supporters (at any cost), but those who profit from a D in the White House. They don’t care one iota about her corruption. If they get a hand-out, welfare cheque, food stamps, etc., then the D’s get their vote (normally). The despicable democrat party has set it up this way. It takes a lot to overcome this.
It comes down to the country being divided into 3 sectors:
- those who take from the government
- those who get their power by giving other’s money
- the poor suckers footing the bill

Her answer is a distraction at best. Forget about the confidential emails.
The ones that matter are TS/SCI. They matter enough that there is never a reason that someone shouldn’t be in jail for transferring them to an unclass environment. You are read in and read out of these programs. You access the materiel in special rooms that are inaccessible to people not read in. We are talking about materiel that if printed the copies are numbered for accountability. There were something like 20 SCI emails floating about.
She/her handler knew the answer to the question before it was asked because they wrote it for the fraud that asked it...As I recall he was looking down reading it from something.
He was no hero. He was/is as much a fraud as she is.
Your points are spot-on; I was read in to a number of Special Access Programs during my intel days. One particular program required entry into a special room within the SCIF (Special Compartmentalized Intelligence Facility); once inside, the material could only be viewed on a specialized terminal, and all personnel had to sign-in/sign-out, both on the system and on the access log.
These programs represent the crown jewels of US intelligence. As the retired Naval Flight Officer told HRC last night: you corrupted our national security (and he was being charitable).
