I live in rural America...and have Comcast service for cable and Internet, called and asked about OANN and they told me not available in my area...
Comcast keeps raising the rates, after the election, will look into another service or maybe Dish service..
If Hillary is selected through FRAUD I possibly will drop cable all together..

OANN streams on Roku.
I would suggest you drop the TV portion and get a nice antenna and streaming box like Roku, but for the former you may not get reception if you are in a rural area far from the transmitters for your local stations.

If you are willing to do streaming services, then Apple TV, Roku, and Amazon Fire all carry OANN. Verizon FIOS carries it in NY, but not sure if that is true in all markets.

Did a bit more searching and came across this service -
KlowdTV. You can stream this service on a PC or Mac (can do tablets and smartphones with an app), as well as via an app on a TV. Their base package includes OANN, Newsmax, and TheBlaze (yeah, I know, Beck is a loon, but his network is probably still better than the lamestream network news). This appears to be a fledgling operation, so it seems as though they are offering a trial period through the end of 2016 for their base package which includes the above networks. From what I can tell, they seem to be presenting themselves as a family-friendly option. Given that they are in beta, I'm sure there will be bugs, but I think I may try it out.
