Meanwhile the current governor of Virginia is Terry McAuliffe
Mr Global Crossing
Enough said about that standard of sleaze

Is this inquisition against McDonnell intended to draw fire away from Kaine? how much in gifts did he accept when he was Governor?

Good to know the Supreme Court can be overridden.

Can you say Obama care?

I knew you could...

He now needs to say “No intent” as a defense....

They won’t go through with it. They just want to disgust enough independents in Virginia to swing the state to Hillary.

But Hillary is fine. Nothing to see there.

The same DOJ that gave Hillary a pass? The same DOJ that has had nothing to say about Gov. Kaine who did the same thing? THAT DOJ?

The double standard is again the policy of a corrupt DOJ.

As the article perceptively states, this is “all part of a nefarious scheme by Democrats to make Republican politicians look as corrupt as Democrat politicians”.

This scheme is not all that different from their scheme to use the IRS to target conservatives. Once again a federal agency is being used as a political weapon. Chilling stuff.

Democrats will stop at nothing to hold on to power.

. “The US Supreme Court overturned a convictionin June against former Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell for bribery.” ( from the article)
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

So?....How much did this cost McDonnell? Is he bankrupt yet? How many years of anxiety and lost sleep for him and his family?

For Democrats, they don't really care about a conviction. The punishment is subjecting their political enemies to the legal system.

There was no evidence of this with McDonnell; he did virtually nothing to assist Williams with getting a government contract.

The standard, here should be the Mike Espy trial.

It’s unbelievable the way our justice system has been so corrupted.

McDonnell is a Republican.

That is all this case was ever about.

“Fortunately, the tide is finally turning when it comes to misusing nebulous criminal laws to target conservative elected officials.”

This problem will exist until the left is driven from public life.

So long as a single, detestable demonrat pollutes an office anywhere, this abuse will continue.

I think that should be our goal: not to “work with” the demonrats, or find compromises, but to hammer them with blow after blow until their party and their evil platform are history.

I don’t have a lot of sympathy for McDonnell but the SCOTUS has spoken. Its over.

Why is this unbelievable? The Obama regime is shockingly corrupt. The only unbelievable action that communist’s minions could take would be following the law. It’s not going to happen, but I would be shocked if it did.
